De Zangvogel Amsterdam

Bot Bouw, a leading buider in the Netherlands, is developing De Zangvogel, a new-build project in Heerhugowaard, north of Amsterdam. Each house in the plan is unique and allows for many options and upgrades. We have built an online home configurator for all 40 homes. Buyers can easily configure their home online, adding extensions and porches and changing the room layout. Each option is presented via front and rear views and on a floor plan. There is also a ‘shopping cart’ showing all options neatly priced, so that buyers understand the impact of their choices. Once satisfied, buyers can save their chosen configuration and download a personalized brochure.
