In the popular Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht near Rotterdam, property developer Blokland Brothers is building 50 family homes. We have built a home configurator for the project, enabling buyers to configure their home online, adding extensions and changing the room layout. Each option is presented via front and rear views and on floor plans. In addition, buyers can complete their purchase by selecting all fixtures and finishes. There is also a ‘shopping cart’ showing all options neatly priced, so that buyers understand the impact of their choices. Once satisfied, buyers can save their chosen configuration and download a personalized brochure.
