De Egelantier
A place that already feels like home
Right in the centre of Papendrecht, De Egelantier brings 35 energy-efficient apartments to a familiar setting. With the Markt just outside, shopping park De Meent around the corner, and plenty of greenery and space to meet, the development combines the convenience of central living with the comfort of a place that already feels like home.
For De Egelantier, Woonmodule created a home finder, artist impressions and styled floor plans. The home finder gives prospective buyers an overview of the available apartments and makes it easy to explore the different options. The styled floor plans provide a sense of each apartment's layout and possibilities. The artist impressions show how the building and its surroundings will come together, offering an early picture of the architecture and atmosphere. This helps make the design more tangible for prospective buyers before construction is complete, much like the artist impressions we create for other new-build projects.
The 35 apartments are designed with light, space and comfort in mind. Large windows, a private balcony and at least two bedrooms give residents the flexibility to arrange their homes to suit their needs. The central location, green courtyard and wide gallery also give the development its own character, with room for both privacy and interaction.
