Kloos
Along the river Noord, in the characteristic Dutch waterscape of Alblasserdam, KLOOS is taking shape: a new residential area where industrial history, water and contemporary living come together. What was once a site for steel production for bridges and hydraulic engineering is now transforming into a neighbourhood with a strong identity and a robust architectural character. For KLOOS, Woonmodule developed the Home Finder and floor plans.
KLOOS consists of four distinct areas: LOODS, RIVIER, KADE and DIJK. Each has its own atmosphere and architectural style, while still feeling part of one cohesive masterplan. The Home Finder helps visitors easily navigate through the available homes, compare different types and understand how each residence fits within the wider development. Especially in a project with multiple residential concepts and living environments, that clarity makes a real difference.
The floor plans further support the orientation process. Buyers can quickly explore layouts, outdoor spaces and the positioning of each home. From compact apartments to spacious waterfront residences, the floor plans make the offering accessible and easy to understand. In a project like KLOOS, where views, landscape and location are an essential part of the experience, strong visual presentation helps bring the quality of the development to life.
