Buyers open the configurator via the project website and immediately see their chosen home type with the corresponding floor plan. They then go through the available options step by step: from layout variants and extra rooms to kitchen finishes and bathroom configurations. With every choice, the price is automatically updated, so buyers always have insight into the financial implications.

All choices buyers make are automatically synchronised, giving you instant insight into preferences, allowing you to manage leads and handle the entire sales process from registration to digital contract. Does the configurator support option rules and conflicts?

Absolutely. Rules (required/exclusive/dependencies) are configurable. The UI only allows valid combinations and provides explanations in case of conflicts.

Can we show price breakdowns and change orders?

Yes. Both subtotals per category and a grand total are possible; labels/VAT display are configurable. Export to a quote or PDF is supported.

Which CMSs and tools does it integrate with?

Any website or CMS that can embed a script will work. Many of our clients use WordPress, Umbraco, or their CRM’s built-in CMS.

Can we push leads and configurations to our CRM?

Yes. The configurator works best with Woonmodule Suite, our own sales platform. Additionally, we integrate with all major CRMs in the market, such as NieuwbouwOffice/NBO (Xitres), Hartje Wonen, HoomCtrl and RealWorks.

Can home data and availability be pulled from our CRM?

All data is hosted in the EU.

What personal data does the configurator process?

By default, only what is needed for an enquiry (such as name, email, preferences).

Our dashboard provides insight into visitor numbers, most popular lot numbers and home types, most selected options, and much more.

Who manages options/prices and copy?

You can do this yourself, via a CRM and/or in our own dashboard.

How about performance and SEO?

The embed is lightweight and load order is optimised. Initial content remains crawlable and key text can remain server-rendered.

Yes. We optimise for all devices, including mobile. This is crucial since more than half of visitors use a phone.
