Polderhof Fase 2

For Polderhof phase 2 in Bunschoten, we created a configurator experience for Aalberts Bouw and BPD that helps buyers picture their future home from an early stage. With the home finder, floor plans and home configurator, we presented the available homes in a clear and accessible way while making the choices within the project far more tangible. This gives buyers an early sense of the home, the available options and its place within the overall plan.

The home finder helps visitors navigate the available homes quickly and shows at a glance which homes are available and where they are positioned within the project. The floor plans add a clear understanding of the layout and structure of each home. Together, they create a strong foundation for orientation. First the overview, then the detail. That sequence works especially well in new-build projects, where imagination and clarity need to support each other.

As part of this project, we also delivered the home configurator, including the launch of a new interior view within the configurator. While changes are often shown mainly from the outside, this view allows buyers to experience selected options from inside the home as well. Think of the effect of an extension, a layout variation or other optional changes on the sense of space. With the HoomCtrl connection, the configurator also ties in smoothly with the wider buyer journey. Choices, communication and next steps come together in one digital flow, keeping the process clear for both buyers and the project team.
