New Holland House Rotterdam/The Hague

BPD is developing ‘New Holland House’, 32 houses in Maassluis, between Rotterdam and The Hague. We have built a lot finder and a home configurator for the project. Buyers can easily configure their home online, adding extensions and porches and changing the room layout. Each option is presented via front and rear views and on floor plans. There is also a ‘shopping cart’ showing all options neatly priced, so that buyers understand the impact of their choices. Once satisfied, buyers can save their chosen configuration and download a personalized brochure.
