The new-build project ‘De Hollandse Tuin’ – The Dutch Garden – consists of 31 single-family houses. It will be located in the heart of the Waalsprong, in the ‘Hof van Holland’ area with all its amenities. We have built an online home configurator for all houses. Buyers can easily add extensions, change the room layout and even add an extra floor. Each option is presented via front and rear views and on floor plans. There is also a ‘shopping cart’ showing all options neatly priced, so that buyers understand the impact of their choices. Once satisfied, buyers can save their chosen configuration and download a personalized brochure.
