Hoef en Haag Utrecht

Hoef en Haag, near Utrecht, will be an attractive village in which greenery and open water play an important role. BPD is building 1,800 new-build homes in this new village. We have built a configurator for 32 houses. Buyers can easily configure their home online, adding extensions and porches and changing the room layout. Each option is presented via front and rear views and on floor plans. There is also a ‘shopping cart’ showing all options neatly priced, so that buyers understand the impact of their choices. Once satisfied, buyers can save their chosen configuration and download a personalized brochure.
