For the Heidepost project in Soesterberg, we developed artist impressions, a property finder, and floor plans for Latei. This distinctive new development on the former Soesterberg Air Base comprises 23 family homes and 33 apartments, beautifully situated in the Utrecht Landscape. The artist impressions bring the contemporary architecture and unique location in the greenery to life.
With floor plans of the various property types—from semi-detached and back-to-back homes to terraced houses and spacious apartments—prospective buyers get immediate insight into the layout.
The interactive property finder lets potential buyers quickly navigate through the offering and find the home that suits them.
