Goudse Linie
Goudse Linie is a small-scale new-build development on the second island of Westergouwe in Gouda. Set in a green and waterside environment, the project consists of 39 ground-level homes for sale. From family homes along the water to spacious semi-detached houses. Many of the homes have their own character and benefit from their waterside location, with generous gardens and, in several cases, a private jetty.
Woonmodule has been involved with Goudse Linie from the very beginning. Our involvement started during the tender phase, which was won by ABB, where we contributed to the digital development of the project. For Goudse Linie, we developed the home configurator and artist impressions. With the configurator, buyers can customise their home to suit their own preferences. This includes different extensions, floor plan layouts, additional bedrooms and other options. The artist impressions then bring the different home types and choices to life visually. This creates a strong connection between the technology and visuals, giving buyers a clear view of the possibilities at an early stage.
For Woonmodule, Goudse Linie is a great example of a collaboration that starts early in the development process and continues throughout the entire project. By contributing to the digital presentation from the tender phase onwards, the configurator and artist impressions could closely align with the homes, architecture and choices developed for Goudse Linie. The result is one cohesive experience in which the project is not only presented clearly, but buyers can also immediately discover what is possible for their future home.
