De Maander Arnhem

Bébouw Midreth, part of Volker Wessels, is developing De Maander, a newbuild project with 60 homes in Ede near Arnhem. We have built a home configurator for all for-sale homes. Buyers can easily configure their home online, adding extensions and porches and changing the room layout. Each option is presented via front and rear views and on floor plans. In addition, buyers can completely assemble their bathrooms, including choosing tiles, sinks and faucets, and view everything in realtime 3D. There is also a ‘shopping cart’ showing all options neatly priced, so that buyers understand the impact of their choices. Once satisfied, buyers can save their chosen configuration and download a personalized brochure.
