De Lakenpoort

For the De Lakenpoort project in Leiden, we developed an advanced 3D property finder with floor cross-sections and animations on behalf of VORM. This iconic project of three towers with 345 modern apartments gets an interactive presentation that does justice to the unique location near the historic city center. The 3D property finder, based on our own drone footage, gives future residents a realistic picture of their apartment, the view, and the immediate surroundings.

With floor cross-sections and smooth animations, we make it easy to navigate through the different floors and property types: from compact mid-level apartments to spacious corner apartments with an incredible view over Leiden. The day/night mode shows how the surroundings come to life at different times of the day, while points of interest highlight the most important amenities and features in the neighborhood.
