BAM Wonen

BAM Wonen is the housing division of Royal BAM Group, the largest Dutch building company. It is fully embracing digital ways of working, including BIM and modular/offsite construction. BAM Wonen asked us to build a user-friendly configurator to enable their clients – developers, municipalities and housing associations – to quickly set up an entire housing project based on its range of concept houses (the “Wooncollectie”). So they could imagine the possibilities of these concepts while keeping an eye on the costs.
