TBI WOONlab is a collaborative effort between ERA Contour, Hazenberg Bouw and Koopmans Bouwgroep. LekkerEIGENhuis, a concept of the TBI Woonlab, was conceived for the home buyer with an above average budget and ditto dreams, ideas and demands. With 7 housing types, 15 architecture styles and a-thousand-and-one additional options, a configurator was needed to allow TBI’s clients (developers, municipalities and housing associations) to quickly set up and calculate projects.
