Dillekwartier Fase 2
For the Dillekwartier phase 2 residential development in Arnhem, we delivered a home finder, home configurator, interior configurator and mood floor plans. The project is part of Kruidenhorst in Schuytgraaf, a contemporary village-like neighbourhood on the edge of Arnhem. Dillekwartier consists of 116 homes across two phases, offering a mix of terraced, semi-detached, detached and single-level homes. Its green setting near the river landscape, combined with nearby amenities, defines the character of the area.
The home finder provides a clear starting point for exploration. It gives users quick insight into the available homes and allows them to filter by type and availability, bringing structure to the diverse housing offer.
The home and interior configurators further deepen this exploration. Buyers can view different options and translate them into interior choices, making the homes more tangible and personal.
The mood floor plans add an extra layer of understanding by combining layout and atmosphere. Together, the tools make Dillekwartier understandable and experienceable at an early stage.
