Greenz
For the Greenz residential development in Veenendaal, we delivered both the Home Finder and Home Configurator. Greenz is part of Groenpoort, the final neighbourhood within the larger Veenendaal-Oost expansion, where approximately 1,000 new homes will be developed. Located directly alongside the Groene Grens nature area, the project combines green surroundings, spacious living and a strong connection to the landscape. Park zones and a central waterway link the six neighbourhoods together, creating a cohesive and attractive place to live.
The Home Finder helps prospective buyers quickly explore the available housing offer. Through an intuitive interactive map, visitors can easily compare homes, apply filters and view detailed property information. In a large-scale development such as Groenpoort, presenting the housing offer in a clear and accessible way makes the search process significantly easier and more engaging.
To further support buyers during their orientation, we also developed a Home Configurator. This tool allows visitors to explore different housing types, layouts and options, helping them gain a clearer understanding of the possibilities before making a decision. By bringing choices to life at an early stage, the configurator supports both buyer confidence and the sales process. A fitting solution for a project that focuses on creating healthy, future-proof communities.
