ACE Face 2

For ACE Phase 2, we created the home finder and mood floor plans for an urban residential project with a distinctive identity. Located in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, ACE continues to take shape as a vibrant city district where living, working and social interaction come together. The second phase offers a varied collection of apartments within an area that is rapidly developing into an integral part of everyday city life.

The home finder helps visitors quickly explore the available homes and compare different units with ease. From available unit numbers and living areas to positioning within the building and outdoor spaces. Everything is presented clearly. The mood floor plans support that experience by giving buyers an immediate feel for the layout and liveability of each apartment. In an urban project with a wide range of homes, that clarity becomes especially valuable.

What makes ACE Phase 2 stand out is the balance between urban energy and liveability. The architecture has a bold and contemporary character, while greenery, shared spaces and nearby amenities create a comfortable residential environment.
