Hibi
For Hibi, we created the home finder and mood floor plans to match the character of the project. Urban, green and carefully balanced. Located in Amsterdam’s Amstelkwartier district, Hibi brings together 20 owner-occupied apartments in an environment where tranquillity and city life naturally meet. The homes are situated in the GURiiN and MiGOTO buildings, with living areas ranging from approximately 90 to 130 m² and a strong focus on outdoor space, daylight and connection to the surroundings.
The home finder helps buyers quickly get a feel for the project while easily navigating the available homes. From available unit numbers and pricing to mood floor plans, downloads and information about the purchasing process. Everything is brought together in a clear and intuitive way. For a project like Hibi, that clarity matters. The atmosphere is distinctive, yet approachable.
What makes Hibi stand out is the way different layers come together. The vibrant city life along the Amstel, the calm of the shared green courtyard and the intimacy of just 20 apartments. That balance is reflected throughout the project communication. It is not only about architecture and location, but also about everyday living.
