Duin en Water
In woonpark Duin en Water in Lelystad, Van Wijnen is developing and building a new series of semi-detached and detached homes in a nature-rich setting near the IJsselmeer and Bataviahaven. The project brings together dunes and water with a relaxed living experience, while keeping urban amenities within easy reach.
For the sale of the 18 homes in phase 3A, Woonmodule delivered a home finder, home configurator, and floor plans. Buyers can see exactly which homes are available online, view all relevant floor plans, and put together their ideal home based on personal wishes and choices within the growth concept. Starting from the base layout, they can select extensions such as additional floors or lifetime-home options.
The configurator works together with the home finder, so interested buyers can immediately see which home type matches their preferences (such as dike home, Zandriet, Helmgras, or reed home) and then register for the sales process. The combination of visualisation, floor plans, and step-by-step personalisation makes the buying journey transparent and easy to navigate.
