Kloosterpark
On the site of a former primary school in Brunssum, RO groep is transforming Kloosterstraat into Kloosterpark: 6 ground-level homes, 5 patio homes and 15 apartments. For this mixed residential project, we developed a property finder and artist impressions. The visualisations capture the green living environment and contemporary architecture, from lifetime-suitable patio homes to modern apartments within walking distance of the town centre.
The property finder helps various target groups—from young professionals to elderly people requiring care—quickly find the home that suits their life stage.
